  • Third-party platform stability – Facebook, Google, Stripe uptime is not our responsibility

A full refund is available only if:

We have 3 options (in order of preference):

  1. Fix it for free – We rebuild or optimize your system at no cost
  2. Free support month – Get 1 month of premium support & optimization
  3. Service credit – Use your payment as credit for future services
  4. Full refund – Only if the system truly cannot be fixed

4️⃣ Refund Issued (5-7 business days)

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Extended Services (Monthly Retainer)

For ongoing $5,000+ monthly contracts, the first month includes a 30-day guarantee. After that, monthly fees are non-refundable but include optimization and support.

Partial Implementation

If you request a refund after we've completed 70%+ of setup, we may offer a pro-rated refund (e.g., 50% back) instead of full refund.

Your Responsibilities

To qualify for support and refund eligibility, you must:

  • Respond to setup requests within 24-48 hours

  • Grant necessary access (view-only, no billing permissions)
  • Follow our setup recommendations
